ENGINEERING SURVEY
- The majority of our Senior survey staff have considerable experience
engineering survey; and we are often approached (particularly by
contracting companies ) to assist in their project activates related to
survey , whether as a lump- sum prices , or as a “ Team Hire “ option. - The experience and abilities of our staff is such, that minimal supervision
is required once they have received their necessary instructions.
ROUTE SURVEY:
- IDEAL Survey Group have undertaken a number of “route surveys” (requiring long section and cross section profile plans); directly and indirectly to organization such as GTA, PWD, NHDCL, ETC.
“AS- BUILT” SURVEY:
- It is a general requirement of civil project that the contractor must obtain the services of an approved survey company, to undertake the final “as built “surveys. IDEAL Survey Group has considerable experience in providing such service to contractors involved in government and
private projects and the Drainage & Roads departments.
CONTROL SURVEY:
- From time to time IDEAL SURVEY GROUP has also been commissioned to carry out control surveys, to introduce new major control onto projects sites.
VOLUMES CALCULATIONS:
- Our Mapping & Design software has the facility to calculate earthworks, cut and fill volumes – from a determination between the “original ground surface model” (topographic survey) and the “design parameters” provided by the client.
GPS SURVEY:
- This technology particularly lends itself to more efficiently providing survey control into an area generally lacking in existing control – or for others reason ( particularly of terrain ) which traditional means are not a suitable solution.
